  • Classes are friendly, relaxed, and designed to encourage a sense of community.
  • Students build each week on what they've learned the week before.
  • Mat rental is included in the cost of pre-registered sessions.

Please note:
regular class packages cannot be used to register for sessions; drop-ins are available with space permitting. Check the web before dropping in to any pre-registered course. Sessions noted "FULL" cannot accommodate drop-in students. Please do register early if interested, as these classes fill up quickly.


Intro to Yoga, 6 Weeks
 
Eryn offers a friendly and energetic approach to learning the foundational postures of Hatha Yoga. Particular attention is paid to ensuring proper alignment in the poses and providing modifications for all levels of ability. You will learn how to practice the postures safely, in a way that nurtures strength and flexibility. Props will be used. Students who are not new to yoga but who would like to learn more about alignment in the poses would enjoy this class.
 
In this 6-week session, you will:
  • Learn the key poses of Hatha Yoga
  • Feel confident trying the other classes on the schedule
  • Connect with a community of people new to yoga
  • Learn basic alignment principles
  • Learn how to breathe
  • Learn modifications that suit your particular needs
  • Have a whole lot of fun!!

Prenatal Yoga, 6 Weeks
 
Develop relaxation skills, strength, and flexibility to prepare for the transition ahead. Annie works with moms at all stages of pregnancy to provide modifications and adaptations of foundational yoga poses. Together you'll learn how to increase energy levels while developing self-awareness. Breathing techniques help moms stay balanced and focused throughout their pregnancy while connecting with baby and preparing for the birthing process.

Let’s explore together:    
·         Meditation (all levels of experience)
·         Breathing techniques
·         Gentle stretches to ease back pain, soothe tired legs, and minimize discomfort.
Suitable for women at all stages of their pregnancy, as well as for those who are planning to get pregnant. No previous yoga experience is required. As limited spots are available, registration is recommended.
 
 
Kids Yoga, 8 Weeks -
ages 6-12 years
Parents: Did you know that with yoga, kids can improve their strength, stamina, posture, balance, concentration, and breathing (oxygenation of brain and body)? Children will learn basic poses, explore their creativity, and become comfortable with stillness. Adults can enjoy their more playful side while spending quality time with loved ones. This 8-week session provides a wonderful way to foster a special bond with your child (children) while meeting other families in the yoga community!
